Here are two bentos, the left one is from last week and the one on the right is from today.
Left: Pepperoni, Provolone and Canadian bacon with crackers, fruit salad and carrots
Right: Ham cubes with cheese cubes on toothpicks, green peas, rice with a nori star, and fruit salad
Assembly time for 2 of each bento was less that 10 minutes both days. All fruits/veggies had been cut earlier in the week and I bought the ham already in cubes. The cheese was actually cheese (the lower fat version to be healther) sticks that I sliced into 1/2 inch pieces. The rice and peas were leftover from dinner the night before. Easy peasy!
So do you like seeing bentos on my blog? I don't want to inundate you with all things bento. I could make a new blog for bentos only, but having just this one blog would be easier. Leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Keep the Bentos! They inspire me (no reduced lunch this year and kids are pleading for hot lunch)!

I like seeing the bentos here. It has so much to do with what you and the kids are up to (and eating). I like them, AND they make me hungry (not a bad thing). Keep them here!
how could you say that your kids are picky eaters. your bentos look so yummy and what fun food. I am so impressed. My kids won't being going to school until next year. I better start practicing so they have some fun lunches and healthy ones, to take. You are so fun.
